Climate Change affects much more than rising sea levels and hotter temperatures. Carbon Dioxide has an effect on fruits and vegetables by decreasing their nutritional value. The amount of attention given to this fact has been growing, which has both long and short term consequences. Sue Hughes-Smith of Rochester People’s Climate Coalition was recently on Connections with Evan Dawson to discuss these effects.
